I hold space for healing, expression and connection through music, yoga and holistic therapies.

Music has been with me my whole life, yet my relationship with it transformed when I began working with sacred earth medicine. I fell in love with the music and was guided to open my voice and share the songs I receive from spirit. My journey wasn’t so much about learning how to sing, but rather an unlearning of the blockages, patterns and conditioning that once held me back from expressing myself freely.

After more than 15 years of being self-taught on guitar, I felt called to deepen my knowledge and explore new pathways. This led me to study with Natan Rabin, whose passion continues to inspire me. Stepping into the role of student sparked a new sense of devotion, cultivating deeper relationships with my instruments.

Alongside music, I bring over a decade of experience in holistic therapy. I was drawn to massage during a time when life felt mentally overwhelming. Both giving and receiving treatments offered me the space to slow down, listen to the body, and tune into its subtle energies. This naturally lead me toward Reiki, which I studied with Jordi Ibern, author of The Spiritual Path of Reiki.

Around the same time, I was guided to travel to India for a yoga retreat. This was my first solo trip, a step that felt both  brave and empowering. The experience brought a sense of liberation, confidence and a deeper connection to spirit. With a desire to learn and explore, I returned to India in 2018 to complete my yoga teacher training. From there, I continued to travel and share these practices, gaining knowledge from inspiring teachers and transformative experiences that continue to shape my journey.
