Music has been a lifelong passion of mine, beginning with the flute and piano before I taught myself guitar at the age of 11. Over the years, I have explored many different genres, each shaping my path as a musician and influencing my songwriting.

 

I wasn’t always connected to my voice. Growing up, I was very quiet, and although I longed to sing, something felt blocked. Breathing techniques and chanting mantras helped me begin reconnecting with my voice. Later, working with sacred earth medicine led me on a deep journey of opening my voice and sharing the songs I receive from spirit.

 

In 2024, I began taking online guitar lessons. Working with a teacher brought significant growth, which inspired me to begin teaching guitar, as well as guiding voice activation and song circles.

 

Alongside music, I offer over a decade of experience in Reiki, massage, and yoga.

 

In a world that feels fast-paced and overwhelming, these practices feel like a true blessing in my life, and sharing them with others allows me to create spaces that ground, nurture, and calm.

 

I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in India in 2018, and then continued to travel, sharing these modalities in beautiful locations while learning from inspiring teachers around the world.

 

Today, I share my heart through 1:1 sessions, classes, workshops, and retreats.
